Dulce de Leche Ice Cream (5-Minute Recipe)

This dulce de leche ice cream contains only 2 ingredients, but it tastes like heaven! It has the silkiest, richest, intense caramel flavor. You don’t need ice cream maker to prepare it and its still like from a store. Here is the recipe:

  • 14 ounces Dulce de Leche, cold
  • 2 cups heavy cream, cold



  • Using an electric mixer, whisk the dulce de leche and heavy cream. Beat the mix for 2 minutes or just until it starts to thicken. Then, increase the speed to medium and carry on beating for around 4 minutes, or until stiff peaks form.
  • Apply ice cream mix into a metal 9 by 5 loaf pan and cover with plastic film.
  • Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours (or ideally overnight) to set. Serve frozen.
