Almond flour is an ingredient used for preparing many delicious desserts and healthy recipes. You can find it in many stores, however, it’s often quite expensive. It’s cheaper if you make it at home and it’s healthier – because you can use organic almonds that will provide 100% natural almond flour…and of course, purchasing almonds in bulk could even further the savings. Here is my simple almond flour recipe:
- 1 cup unsalted almonds (or as needed)
- A high powered blender/food processor
- First, measure one cup almonds and apply them to the blender/food processor. Turn it on high speed, and process for 8 seconds or until transformed into flour. You are done!
Your almond flour is ready to be used in making cookies and other desserts and healthy meals.
